A. Digital Marketing & PPC Services

  • Due to the nature of PPC and digital marketing services, refunds are not provided once the campaign has been launched.
  • If the campaign has not started, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative fees.
  • No refunds for ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).

B. Website Development & AI Automation

  • Refunds are not available once the project is in progress and work has been initiated.
  • If the project is canceled before development begins, a 50% refund may be issued.
  • After final project delivery, no refunds will be processed. However, we offer modifications and revisions as per agreed terms.

C. Supply Chain Digitization & Software Services

  • Custom-built software or AI automation tools are non-refundable once development begins.
  • If the client cancels before development starts, a 30% cancellation fee applies.
  • Post-delivery, we offer bug fixes and support, but no refunds.

3. Modification & Revision Policy
